A referral team gives you the benefits of your own referral company, without the downside. Your referral team is made up of agents that sign up through your custom portal. The leads your referral team generates in your market are allocated to your brokerage.

From the moment an agent signs up through your portal, General Referral becomes their broker of record, responsible for compliance, oversight and administration. As the referral team leader, you benefit from the leads.

Typically, the referral fee is set by the market. An average referral is 25%. That said, we know every brokerage is unique, so please let us know if you have different requirements.
